Description:

 

To support the general office and reception with day to day running.

  

The ideal candidate will be confident and have excellent communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone.  They should be well organised, a team player and able to deal with day to day pressures of a busy office environment.

  

The successful candidate will be responsible for the organising and distribution of  incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, hand deliveries, general filing, liaising with clients, suppliers and other 3rd parties and general administrative tasks.

 

 Experience working within a law firm is desirable but not essential.

 

Requires good knowledge of word, excel and keyboard skills and be generally IT literate.
