Gail has been involved in private client work for ten years and has substantial experience in wills and probate. Gail is highly conscientious and much commended for her sensitive handling of estates and for assisting clients with the problems that arise during the difficult times that follow the passing of a loved one. Gail’s expertise extends to Court of Protection work, capacity, Lasting Powers of Attorney and in advising the elderly.

With over 25 years in the profession, including 11 at Cohen Cramer, Edward is vastly experienced with a strong Chancery background. Head of the Department, Edward specialises in conducting estates and trusts litigation, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Dependants) Act 1975. He also deals with the administration of the more intricate estates and in drafting complex wills and trusts. He is also a trustee of numerous trusts. Edward is a partner and an affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
