Simon heads up the Personal Injury Claims Team, having acted for injured clients since being admitted as a Solicitor in 1981. Simon was appointed a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Personal Injury Panel in 1994 in recognition of his expertise in this area and now specialises in high value claims. He is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Emma is a senior Solicitor who joined us in 1991. She has vast experience in dealing with Matrimonial Law and is Head of the Matrimonial Department. Emma is a member of resolution and for many years has dealt with all aspects of Matrimonial Law and the Financial aspects of relationship breakdowns. Emma also has vast Personal Injury experience dealing with claims involving accidents at work and in public places. She, like the rest of the team, is experienced in acting for children as well as adults injured in accidents.

Karen is the Solicitor in the Department, who heads up the Road Traffic Claims Division. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and has for many years dealt with all aspects of road traffic claims. Karen also has considerable experience in handling tripping and slipping claims, as well as other public liability claims and accidents at work.

Hayley is a Litigation Executive and is a long-time member of the Personal Injury Claims Team. She has a number of years' experience in dealing with all aspects of road traffic claims, public liability claims and accidents at work. Hayley graduated with a 2:1 from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2010.

Robina holds a Law Degree and completed the Legal Practice Course at the Inns of Court School of Law. Robina qualified as a Solicitor with Cohen Cramer Solicitors in April 2010. She has already successfully completed her seat within the property department and is currently taking seats within the Matrimonial and Personal Injury Departments.

Karen has worked with Simon for a number of years in the Personal Injury Claims Department. She is Simon's personal assistant and liaises with clients, solicitors, insurers and others involved in the claims process.

Natalie is Emma Mason and Karen Cawood's personal assistant and has been a member of the Personal Injury Claims Team and Matrimonial Services for a number of years. She, too, liaises with clients, solicitors, insurers and the courts.

Emma graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in law and joined us in 2010.  She is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Leeds on a part time basis.  Emma currently provides support to all members of the Personal Injury Team, including liaising with clients, experts, insurers, other solicitors, barristers and the Courts.

Harriet joined the firm in 2007 in the administration department and has recently joined the Personal Injury Team as a Litigation Assistant.  Harriet is responsible for the handling of new claims in the department, making sure initial procedures are followed, and assisting the department generally.
