Emma is a senior Solicitor who joined us in 1999. She has vast experience in dealing with Matrimonial Law and is Head of the Matrimonial Department. Emma is a member of Resolution and for many years has dealt with all aspects of Matrimonial Law and the Financial aspects of relationship break downs. Emma also has vast Personal Injury experience dealing with claims involving accidents at work and in public places. She, like the rest of the team, is experienced in acting for children as well as adults injured in accidents.

John Hudson is an employed barrister specialising in the financial aspects of divorce.  John has over 16 years' experience in dealing with matrimonial law and has an extremely well established reputation, particularly in North Yorkshire, North East Lancashire and South Cumbria.

Robina holds a Law Degree and completed the Legal Practice Course at the Inns of Court School of Law. Robina qualified as a Solicitor with Cohen Cramer Solicitors in April 2010. She has already successfully completed her seat within the property department and is currently taking seats within the Matrimonial and Personal Injury Departments.

Natalie is Emma's personal assistant and has been a member of the Personal Injury Claims Team and Matrimonial Services for a number of years. She, too, liaises with clients, solicitors, insurers and the courts.
