Since 1980, Howard Cohen & Co has always offered a broad range of legal services. By 2008, the firm had grown to 8 Partners with a dedicated team of some 40 staff, based in Leeds, yet serving businesses and individuals nationwide.
When Cramer Solicitors set up in 2002, the practice grew rapidly, specialising in the areas of sports, media and entertainment law. The success of the practice continued to grow and, in September 2004, Cramers merged with John Richards & Co - a small niche practice, focusing on conveyancing and probate matters.
So what brought the two firms together?
