Richard has over 25 years’ experience in Dispute Resolution and Employment matters, and is able to advise both individuals and businesses in relation to disputes. In May 2002 Richard founded Cramer Richards, which merged with Howard Cohen & Co in February 2009 to form Cohen Cramer. Richard has been recognised in the Chambers Directory and Legal 500.  He is involved in charity work and is a member of the Yorkshire Region for the Variety Club of Great Britain. Richard regularly appears in the regional and national media as a recognised figure in litigation and sports law and is a frequent guest on Radio Leeds providing expert advice to its listeners.

Sarah Leyland is a solicitor in the Employment Law Team. Sarah graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Law with European Law.  She completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York.  Sarah has a varied practice covering contentious and non-contentious employment matters.  She deals with Employment Tribunal cases and also advises on non contentious issues such as all aspects of disciplinary, grievance and redundancy procedures and the drafting of contracts of employment and staff handbooks. Sarah is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Tabriz holds a law degree, having completed the Legal Practice Course at the Law School in Leeds. Tabriz is now undertaking his Solicitor's Training Contract with Cohen Cramer.

Christina joined the firm in 2006 and has over 10 years' legal experience, having previously worked for large national law firms.  In her role Christina provides support to John Grant and Sarah Leyland within the Employment Law Team.
