Qualified in 1991, Chris has a diploma in Advanced Commercial Property Law. He has extensive experience acting for clients buying and selling property and of landlord and tenant matters including drafting leases and landlord consents. He acts for clients in the acquisition of development sites and retail/industrial estates. In recent years he has spent a lot of time acting for dentists nationally buying and selling their practices

Howard Cohen
Howard Cohen is the Senior Partner in Cohen Cramer and his 'seniority' reflects nearly 40 years as a practising solicitor in Leeds. Having qualified in 1969 he eventually founded 'Howard Cohen & Co' in 1980, initially as a general practice but latterly as a firm providing a range of specialist legal services. He now operates principally in the fields of commercial law (and especially commercial property work) but his broad experience enables him to advise on very many legal issues.

Helen is personal assistant to Howard Cohen and has over 20 years' legal experience working within Property Law. Within her role Helen liaises with clients and other parties ensuring good working relationships are developed and retained. Helen's previous experience has been gained working within large national law firms.
